• You have demonstrable experience of managing projects of all scales in this sector.
• You are able to manage these projects from brief, through delivery to final completion, with strong commercial direction.
• You have recent experience working on Higher Education projects, preferably in London and the South East.
• You have managed Higher Education projects, including technical research facilities and laboratories.
• You have great business development skills through networking and the ability to retain existing clients to maximise opportunities.
• You have excellent client management and stakeholder skills, with the ability to understand the importance of projects for the clients and the ambition to deliver the best.
