Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the conceptualization and design development of luxury hospitality and entertainment projects, ensuring aesthetic excellence and functionality.
- Cooperate with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and budget requirements.
- Develop and present detailed design concepts, space planning, and mood boards.
- Manage all aspects of FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification, ensuring materials and furnishings align with the project's design vision.
- Oversee project execution, including site visits and coordination with contractors to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a cooperative and creative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in high-end hospitality and entertainment design, with strong FF&E expertise.
- Deep experience delivering luxury projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and FF&E specification tools.
