Amida Healthcare are an established and vibrant Healthcare Recruitment agency specialising in recruiting temp and perm candidates to the NHS and Private Sector. Due to rapid growth we are looking for a Recruitment consultant to join our Canterbury Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career in the healthcare recruitment sector.
You will need to be passionate about helping people and target driven, you will have the opportunity to start earning commission from day one as you will be working on an established desk. As well as earning commission on all billings we have quarterly team incentives and weekly cash incentives.
The role will involve;
- Building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Successfully sourcing and placing the right healthcare professionals in to temp/contract positions.
- Sourcing new Business by cold calling prospect clients.
- Building on an already established healthcare desk.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client management.

You will need to have good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
