Amida are currently recruiting for a stand-alone Quantity Surveyor to oversee their own project based on the London/Essex Border.
Medium sized financially secure main contractor are seeking a acquire a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor to manage a £15m new build logistics project, using JCT D&B form of contract. They are looking for someone who has experience of design & build projects within the commercial / industrial, education or health sectors at various stages of the construction life cycle.
The company is growing at a rapid rate and is projected to have a turnover of c.£100 million in 2024. Therefore, this is an excellent time to join the company and grow with them. You will be able to build the future of this company within the, with future or current progression to Commercial Manager level position.
