Procurement Assistant - London - Luxury Residential Interiors - £25,000 - £30,000 p.a.

A high-end interior design Studio based in Chelsea, who specialise in residential projects, are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their growing team.

This Studio create timeless, luxurious interiors, often merging art with design, drawing on cultural influences to create unique and creative spaces with the needs of the client at the centre. An alternative to the traditional luxury style seen at many Studio in London, their projects are often unique, eclectic and creative.

This role will require you to work alongside the design team, sourcing FF&E items for projects, whilst maintaining an organised and full materials library. You will need excellent communications skills, liaising with suppliers and coordinating to ensure goods are delivered on time, and everything is recorded accurately.

Experience in a similar role in an interior design Studio is essential for this role, with a proven history of negotiating and working efficiently under pressure. You must have a flexible attitude, and be a self-starter, with the ability to organise your own time and prioritise tasks accordingly. Excellent proficiency in Excel and Adobe InDesign is required, with knowledge of Studio Designer and Italian language skills as a bonus.
