Interior Design Associate

Highly experienced Interior Designers looking to step into an Associate role - this opportunity is for you! As market leaders in luxury hospitality design, this company are the creatives behind some very iconic and admired hotels around the world...

Naturally, this role offers a high level of responsibility both internally, managing and mentoring the team, and externally, championing the company to clients. This role is not only centred around overseeing projects, but also guiding and supporting wherever needed, to ensure the team is happy and productive, and the design outcomes are of a high-quality.

For this role, you must be highly creative, as you will be heavily involved in the creative vision for the project, particularly at concept stage. You will be project managing multiple projects at once, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Providing technical direction, mentoring staff to ensure their career development and being hands-on whenever required are also key elements of this role.

To be considered, a proven experience of leading a team on luxury hospitality projects, with excellent conceptual skills, strong technical abilities in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, hand-sketching is needed. A positive attitude and friendly demeanour are a must, with the ability to communicate in a confident and engaging manner.
