Building Surveyor

Looking for the start of your career in rail…? Our client is looking for a skilled Building Surveyor to join their growing Civil Engineering team in London. This role will enable you to support the property inspections team. This is an amazing opportunity in which the role will offer training, ifor example if you dnt have rail experience.

Who you are and what you will bring?

• Ideally relevant experience of working in a railway operating environment
• Ability to lead surveying teams on complex sites and developing.
• Ideally some knowledge of the railway industry (possession planning)
• Knowledge and understanding of structural mechanic's
• Computer literate with a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• PTS, DRA, Asbestos awareness, confined space awareness, working at height
• Rail safety critical competence (COSS, ES, SWL1/2)
• Full UK drivers' licence
