Greg has worked exclusively with environmental, sustainable design and multi-disciplinary consultancies throughout his recruitment career. Greg's reputation and ability to deliver on a global scale in this niche market is excellent. His additional 4 years as an account manager in the financial services industry has given Greg the expertise to run large accounts in recruitment and he has experience in leading the delivery on a number of large consultancy accounts. Greg leads Amida's sustainable design and energy efficiency business, and will be leading the development of a new office in Melbourne in 2012.

Sam Barnes heads up our Construction Division based in the London Office. He has 7yrs recruitment experience with a major Construction Recruitment company and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in this sector. Sam has run very successful teams covering freelance and permanent roles across all sectors of the construction industry both nationally and internationally.

Andy Clapham is leading our expansion into the Asian market with our office in the Singapore CBD operational from July 2011. Andy has extensive management experience with a proven track record of building teams and developing new markets. Andy has broad sector knowledge and will focus on delivering the highest quality of service to our clients in Asia.
Bridget Francis
Director – Australia
Bridget is a Chartered Civil Engineer with additional qualifications in civil engineering law and contract procedure. Her Engineering experience covers a broad variety of project types such as major infrastructure projects, commercial building refurb, coastal protection and geotechnical investigations. She then moved into recruitment and has over 10 years of experience working at board/director level for major engineering recruitment companies both nationally and internationally. She will be focusing on our capability in servicing companies within the Construction, Sustainability, Mining and Consultancy sectors.
Leanne George
Director - Performance and Business Development
Leanne is responsible for training and mentoring the new and more junior members of the London team initially, whilst also actively working on developing existing relationships and establishing new clients. Leanne joins the business with over ten years experience in recruiting within the consultancy project management and PFI/PPP fields and having managed a team of consultants within the wider property and engineering sectors.

Martin has diverse skills in organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management with a focus on large-scale corporate responsibility initiatives. Adept at blending both the practical and the theoretical, resulting in the award of two adjunct professorships and numerous international keynote speaking engagements. Pre-eminent expertise in developing strategic plans and influencing high profile stakeholders within Governments, NGOs as well as the postal, construction, healthcare, oil & gas and charity sectors.
