Work for Amida:
We are looking for consultants to join Amida at all levels. We have a structured induction and training program for those Junior Consultants who have little or no prior experience. Junior Consultants who join Amida benefit from day-to-day mentoring and coaching from a Director.
All staff have a personal development plan drafted annually which guides and promotes professional development. Our philosophy is to challenge, empower and communicate well with all staff to ensure that Amida employees are satisfied at work and achieving the very best results.
We are also very interested in talking to experienced recruiters who may have had enough of working for a large organisation and want to receive a big slice of the revenue they currently produce.
