Outplacement
Amida offer Outplacement services to clients ranging from large organisations going through redundancy processes and looking to offer a comprehensive outplacement program to their staff or on an individual basis to clients who may be going through a career change and seeking external assistance to evaluate and plan their next career move. Our program is general split into 2 components – personal and practical.
Workshops
- 2 general group workshops
- Personal – Managing change and personal preparation for job search
- Practical – Creating an opportunity, CV writing, Interview techniques, Networking skills
- 1 day
- Delivered by experienced coaches/facilitators
- 15-18 people max
- Split by seniority of staff
Coaching (life coaching/career coaching)
- Standard 1-2-1 coaching sessions (recommended 3 sessions)
- 90 mins per session
- Subject matter split into personal and practical categories
Opportunity Presentation
- Regular up-dates on vacancy opportunities via Amida recruitment and other partner agencies
Add-on’s
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator psychometric testing
- Telephone 24 hr support
- Additional online support including practical help with real time interview preparation support and job search analysis
