Amida Just Got a Whole Lot Greener!

Our London office has been transformed recently with the arrival of some exotic green plants to brighten up the white walled space. From Fig plants to African Spears it has made quite a difference and I have to say I’m quite enjoying looking after the spiky pink guzmania on my desk.

I read recently that on average, we spend around 90% of our time indoors, be it at work, at home, at the shops or the local pub, a surprising figure I thought. A number of studies have found that the air indoors is actually more polluted than the air outside! So as well as making our office look nice, indoor plants play an important role in the reduction of carbon dioxide and the improvement of indoor air quality, meaning cleaner, greener, happier and more productive offices.
